This past weekend I bought this
and I'm so excited!!
I still have my original DSLR camera that I bought several years ago.
I feel like I learn something new about it every time I use it.
I am currently thinking about upgrading, but am really not sure.
I would really love to hear what you think about cameras and photography?
What kind of camera do you use?
Is it really worth it to upgrade?

That's great! I'm scared of DSLRs (not just the price!) because there just seems to be too much to learn, but I love how nice the photos come out when people really use good equipment. Maybe I should take a class!
ReplyDeleteI'm so anxious to hear about your class!
ReplyDeleteI have that same lens. It's a great little lens! I have the Nikon D7000.
ReplyDeleteI am very excited for you. I will be purchasing a DSLR camera some time this week. I have a very good digital camera by Olympia, but I want to take better pictures. Clarity and sharpness is very important to me. I want to start taking more pictures on my own for my blog instead of always "stealing" everyone else's. I do always give proper credit when it is possible.
ReplyDeleteI don't want to pay a super lot of money but I am willing to pay up to $450.00. I also don't want anything too complicated to learn. I am not planning on starting a second career as a photographer. I just want to be able to take excellent photos for my blog. I am signed up for a one day class at the local Arts Center called Basic Photography for Bloggers and online Sellers. The class takes place in March so I am so looking forward to it with much excitement.
I took the plunge today and ordered this camera from Amazon. They had the best price for this Canon DSLR camera. As a beginner I didn't want to break the bank. This was $399.00
