Mini Caprese Salad
16 cherry tomatoes
16 mozzarella balls, about 1 inch in diameter each
4 basil leaves
balsamic vinegar
Wash and core each cherry tomato. Stuff each one with a mozzarella ball. Julienne the basil leaves and place a few over each tomato. Drizzle each with a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
